How to use the certificate?

• When placing an order on parashute.com.ua, enter the unique certificate number in the “Notes” field. After processing the order, the total amount will be adjusted according to the certificate’s value.
• If ordering via Instagram, send us a photo of the certificate with its number in a message.
• If the order total exceeds the certificate value, the difference can be paid separately.
• If the order total is less than the certificate value, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases within the certificate’s validity period.

How to receive the certificate?

• After purchase, the certificate in electronic format with a unique number will be sent to your email.
• Please save this number, as it is required for certificate redemption.

Terms of use:

• The certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• The certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• It can only be used once.
• If the order total is less than the certificate value, the remaining balance is non-refundable.
